Tap any zone to read what reflexology tradition links it to. Flip between medial and lateral with one tap. When the fit looks right, lock the frame, set the phone down, and begin. Each step names the area, the motion, the pressure and how long to spend there. Haptics mark every boundary, so you can keep your eyes closed. Turn on the spoken guide and you never need to look at all.
