About this app
Gated blocks the apps that own your attention and makes you earn them back. Most app blockers fail because one tap turns them off. Gated is different: to unlock your apps, you have to do something that actually breaks the habit loop. No willpower required. CHOOSE HOW YOU EARN YOUR APPS BACK • Solve a Math Problem: a quick mental challenge • Get Out of Bed: motion and sleep data confirm you're actually up, so you can't doomscroll from bed • Show an Object: point your camera at a target color or object to prove you've moved • Random Challenge: a different test each time, so you can never game it BLOCK ON AUTOPILOT Set schedules and Gated shields your apps automatically no need to remember. Build a Wake Up block for distraction-free mornings, a Wind Down block for better sleep, or custom time blocks for work and focus. TUNED TO YOUR SLEEP Connect Apple Health and Gated sets your morning and evening blocks to your real wake and bedtimes — focus that fits your actual rhythm. BUILD A STREAK Every time you earn your apps back the right way, your streak grows. Watch the days add up and the habit fade. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything happens on your device. Gated never sees which apps you block, and your sleep, motion, and camera data never leave your phone. No accounts. No tracking. No ads. FREE VS. GATED PRO Gated is free to use with the Math challenge and one schedule. Upgrade to Gated Pro to unlock the Get Out of Bed and Show an Object challenges, unlimited schedules, sleep-tuned blocking, and streaks. Stop scrolling on autopilot. Start earning it back.
