About this app
Traveling and want peace of mind? Glint helps you check a room for signs of hidden cameras using your iPhone's own sensors — no extra hardware needed. Glint runs four complementary checks: • Network scan — looks for nearby Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices, flagging camera-style and unverified devices on the local network. • Acoustic sweep — listens for ultrasonic signals in the room using the microphone. • Lens glint — uses the camera and flashlight to look for the tell-tale reflection of a camera lens. • Room sweep — a guided physical checklist for the spots cameras hide: smoke detectors, outlets, chargers, mirrors, vents and more. Each location gets a Safety Score so you can see your checks at a glance, and you can archive scans by location to keep a history of the places you've checked. Important: No detection method is perfect. Glint is a tool to help you look more carefully — it cannot guarantee that a room is free of hidden cameras. Subscription & purchase details Glint Premium unlocks the full app: unlimited scans in every room you stay, all four checks (network scan, acoustic sweep, lens glint and guided room sweep), a Safety Score for every location you check, and saved scan history you can revisit anytime.
