The ZG Glossmeter app coupled with the Zehntner ZG8000 probe enables coating suppliers, product manufacturers and quality inspectors to inspect the quality - easily and effortlessly-of coatings/plastics' surface appearance. It also helps to reduce your efforts in quality assurance operations. For example, the app automatically calculates measurement statistics and displays the series with bar graphs, thus reducing manual transcription errors. The synchronization and sharing of your measurements with eagle Workspace also eliminates the use of easy-to-lose USB drives (or paper scraps) with measurements. A simple digital workflow makes standards-compliant reporting a breeze, with just a couple of taps. The ever-increasing speed and complexity of supply chain operations, combined with the demand for exemplary quality, means that the need for traceability of manufacturing and quality assurance has become paramount for all kinds of products and services. Like the groundbreaking Equotip Hardness Tester, Proceq GPR and Pundit Array apps, the Zehntner Glossmeter app also features our unique Logbook feature. Geolocation, voice, image and text annotations enrich the Logbook of each measurement. Instantaneous synchronization with the eagle Workspace means that the lead time from measurement to sign-off is mere seconds. The eagle Workspace web interface makes it possible to centrally monitor incoming measurements and intervene quickly, thus saving time and money by preventing rework.
