Griddo Tasks

About this app

Griddo is a tasks and notes app where every task opens into a rich workspace. It's built for people who think in more than checkboxes. CREATE WITH BLOCKS Every task has a workspace. Add text with rich formatting, checklists, images, document scans, code snippets, link previews, and voice notes with automatic transcription. Drag to reorder. It's your blank canvas. SEE IT YOUR WAY Switch between a card grid, full-width list, Kanban board, or calendar view. Sort by date, priority, zone, or drag to arrange manually. Save custom filters to jump straight to what matters. ORGANIZE WITH ZONES Group tasks into built-in zones like Work, Personal, Health, and Creative or create your own with custom colors and icons. Each zone can have its own layout and sort order. STAY FOCUSED Start a focus timer from any task. Track your session on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island with Live Activities. When the timer ends, your time is saved automatically. PLAN AHEAD Set due dates, recurring schedules, and location-based reminders. Sync tasks to your calendar. Import from Reminders. Get notified at exactly the right moment. WORK FASTER Pin important tasks. Tag for quick filtering. Bulk-select to complete, move, or archive in one swipe. Use Siri to add or complete tasks without opening the app. YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICES Everything syncs across iPhone and iPad through your personal iCloud, no account, no server, no tracking. Griddo works offline and syncs when you're back.

All blocks and workspace elements are now completely free! Also squashed a couple pesky bugs.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
