A nutritional program built around your pathology, your symptoms, and your real-life constraints. YOUR PROFILE, NOT AN AVERAGE PROFILE Helena starts by understanding your situation: your symptoms, your cycle, your medical history, what you don't eat. The recommendations that follow are derived from this. Two users with the same diagnosis do not receive the same program. SCAN A MEAL, UNDERSTAND ITS EFFECT Photograph your plate: Helena analyzes it and tells you what it provides, how it aligns with the factors that matter to you, and why. For packaged products, scan the barcode. Helena reads the nutritional values declared on the packaging and places them within your hormonal context. TRACK WHAT REALLY CHANGES Pain, fatigue, cycle, digestion, mood: you log it, Helena connects the dots. You'll see the links emerge between what you eat and how you feel, over weeks rather than just one day. Synchronization with Apple Health for sleep and cycle, if you wish. RECIPES THAT TAKE YOU INTO ACCOUNT A library of recipes filtered by your program and dietary restrictions, with a shopping list included. WHAT'S BEHIND IT Helena's recommendations are based on scientific literature published on nutrition and hormone health. When data is uncertain, the app tells you rather than making a definitive judgment. WHAT HELENA IS NOT Helena is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace your doctor, gynecologist, or dietitian. Helena now speaks six languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian and Japanese. The app, the recipes and the documents meant for your doctor all follow your phone's language. The allergen and dietary restriction filter has been substantially reworked. Suggested recipes now account for what you do not eat, including recipes whose title mentions an ingredient you have excluded. Also in this release: the barcode scanner no longer gets stuck after a capture, the evening check-in resets correctly after midnight, and the cycle and launch screens have been reworked.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
