About this app

Heartie keeps your blood pressure, cholesterol, lab results and weight in one private diary - and turns them into a clear PDF report you can hand to your doctor. Free to start. No account, no sign-up, and no limit on how often you log a reading or a weigh-in. WHAT YOU CAN KEEP IN ONE PLACE • Blood pressure and pulse - systolic, diastolic and pulse with notes, full history and charts. Each reading is placed on a standard classification scale, from optimal through to hypertension stages, so a number means something at a glance. • Your lipid panel - total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C, triglycerides, ApoB and non-HDL-C, in mg/dL or mmol/L, with informational reference ranges. Heartie reminds you when your last panel is getting old. • Weight and body measurements - goal weight, days to goal, 7- and 14-day averages, body fat and waist, plotted as a trend instead of a single number. • What you eat - a built-in database of 7,083 foods with cholesterol, protein and fat (total, saturated, mono and poly) per item. FOOD TOOLS • Scan a barcode to pull up a product, or search online when something is missing. • Build a meal from several products and portions and see the totals. • Check the cholesterol, fat and protein in a specific portion. • Generate recipes matched to how you eat - keto, paleo and others. • Add your own products and keep favourites. THE REPORT YOUR DOCTOR CAN ACTUALLY READ Instead of scrolling through an app in the consulting room, export a PDF: blood pressure trend and averages, highest and lowest readings, weight progress, starting and current BMI, your lipid results, your own notes, and a period-over-period comparison. Choose the range - the last 90 days, or whatever your appointment covers. You can also export to CSV or email. BUILT FOR STICKING WITH IT • Reminders for blood pressure and for weigh-ins, at times you choose. • Streaks and badges for consecutive days logged. • Optional sync with Apple Health for weight, body fat, waist, systolic, diastolic and heart rate. • Short, practical guides on cholesterol and everyday habits. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your records live on your device. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for before you start. Heartie carries no advertising. FREE AND PREMIUM Logging blood pressure, pulse and weight is free and unlimited. Premium unlocks the PDF doctor report, Apple Health sync, unlimited barcode scanning and online food search, the meal and portion calculators, body-composition charts and watermark-free sharing. Take it as a subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase - some features can also be unlocked individually. A NOTE ON WHAT HEARTIE IS Heartie is a diary. It does not measure blood pressure with your phone - you enter readings from your own cuff, or let Apple Health bring them in. Heartie is not a medical device: it does not diagnose, prevent, monitor or treat any condition, and nothing in the app replaces advice from your doctor. Start logging today - it takes under a minute. The app offers optional in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be linked to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. - Privacy: https://www.creamsoft.com/rd.php?p=mych_iosprivacy - Terms: https://www.creamsoft.com/rd.php?p=mych_iostermsofuse
