About this app
Fasting is not dieting. It's seeking God's presence. Holy Fast is the app for those who take fasting seriously — not as performance, but as a pursuit of God. Plan your fasts, pray with purpose, and build the habit of drawing closer to the Lord every day. "Return to me with all your heart, with fasting." — Joel 2:12 Whether it's your first fast or part of your faith routine, Holy Fast walks with you from start to finish with practical tools and content that feeds your soul. TRACK YOUR FAST - Plan your fast right in the app — set the type, duration, and schedule. - Get reminders to stay strong until the end. - Full history of your fasting journey. GUIDED PRAYERS - Learn to pray as Jesus taught — the Lord's Prayer as the foundation for your prayer life. - Prayers written for every moment — before, during, and after your fast. - Questions that help you pray from the heart, not just with words. - Prayer reminders throughout the day to keep your focus on God. BIBLE READING - Read one Bible chapter per day during your fast. - Selected verses on fasting, prayer, and intimacy with God. - Build the habit of feeding your soul with the Word every day. COMMUNITY - Join collective fasts with other believers. - Walk alongside people who are also truly seeking God. WHY HOLY FAST? Unlike intermittent fasting apps that focus on dieting and weight loss, Holy Fast was made for those who fast by faith. Every feature was designed to help you seek God with a simple and pure heart. The app doesn't do the fasting for you — but it helps you not do it alone. Privacy policy: https://holyfastapp.com/privacy Terms of use: https://holyfastapp.com/terms
