New setting: Disable Cheat Death. Once you've unlocked the Cheat Death renown bonus, a new toggle in the gear menu lets you switch it off, so a lethal hit ends your run instead of reviving you at the last second. Handy when you'd rather die on purpose to bank your rewards. It's off by default, so nothing changes unless you flip it. Thanks Delka!
