Damage documentation and work scoping come together in one focused workflow with up to five photos, ideal for quick walk-throughs where you just need the essentials down and the job moving. • Contacts — Organise people with categories and legal names, keep preferred suppliers close, browse per-supplier rate books, and let Bee handle bulk imports for you. • Mailbox (alpha) — Email now lives where your work does. Send and reply right inside Inoscope, attach files from your library, and share your company's sending identities with your team. • Notifications (alpha) — Stay in the loop even when the app is closed. Get alerts when an assessment finishes, Bee has a question waiting, a ticket changes, or a sent email lands — and choose which events reach you, and where. • Material list (alpha) — Everything you buy for a job now has its own home. One row per product with its purchase total, where it came from and the measurements behind it. Export to CSV or XLSX when it's time to order or reconcile. • DWG and DXF support — Upload CAD drawings straight into Inoscope. They're indexed alongside your other documents and open in the built-in viewer, so Bee can work from the drawings themselves. • Queued messages (Beta) — Write your message now and let Bee send it when the moment is right. Queue it behind file indexing so it goes the second your upload is ready, or set a delay and let it fire later. • Rewind a conversation — Changed your mind mid-conversation? Long-press one of your own messages to roll the chat back to that point and take it in a new direction — no new session, no lost context. • Bee conversation history — Bee now loads earlier messages when you return to a conversation, so you can pick up where you left off. • Safer voice recordings — A long recording is much less likely to go missing. Audio stays on your device until our servers accept it, a failed save offers a retry, starting a new recording won't overwrite one that's still waiting, and discarding asks you to confirm. Saving continues when you switch apps, and waiting recordings upload in the background. • Live transcription on iPhone — Live transcription now uses Apple's built-in engine (iOS 26 and later), freeing up your phone while you record. Recordings are still transcribed in full once uploaded. • Sharper drawing take-offs — Callouts are recognised across every sheet in an assessment, drawings are identified by what's actually on the page rather than paper size alone, and large PDF sets index all the way through. • Richer assessment summaries — Summaries carry more detail, so you get a fuller picture of the job at a glance. • Streamlined Rate Calibration — A clearer, smoother experience when reviewing and refining your rates. • Sidebar navigation — On wider screens, a permanent sidebar keeps navigation, your account and quick actions always one click away.
