A cellar isn't a list. It's a hundred appointments you made without writing down the date. iQWine is the companion that remembers them for you. Octave, your sommelier, knows your bottles, learns your palate, and speaks only when there's something worth saying. YOUR CELLAR, AS IT REALLY IS Find your bottles where they actually rest: sections, columns, rows, slots. The visual cellar mirrors your cellar, not a spreadsheet. A bottle you're looking for is found at a glance, and moving one takes a single gesture. More than one cellar? Home, the cottage, the reserve: each keeps its name, and Octave draws on all of them. SCAN A LABEL Photograph the bottle. Producer, cuvée, vintage, region, grapes: the sheet fills itself. All that's left is to say where you put it. THE RIGHT MOMENT Every bottle carries its drinking window — when to start, when it peaks, when it's getting late. iQWine tells you before, not after. That's the difference between a fine bottle and a fine bottle opened too late. WHAT SHOULD I OPEN TONIGHT? Say what you're eating. Octave chooses from YOUR cellar, explains the pairing, and tells you where the bottle is. He learns from your tasting notes: the more you taste, the more he sounds like you. AT THE RESTAURANT Photograph the wine list. Octave reads prices in their original currency, sets aside what won't suit your dish, and proposes the pairing — even from a list in Italian. IN QUEBEC SAQ availability, store by store, plus price history so you recognize a good price when it goes by. YOUR MEMORY Every bottle you drink leaves a trace: what you thought of it, with whom, when. Over the years, your cellar tells your story. WHAT WE DON'T DO We don't sell wine and take no commission. We don't resell any data. Your bottles, your notes and your palate are yours: you can export everything, and delete everything, from within the app. Octave says "I don't know" when he doesn't.
