Key Features of ‘Earth’ • It exhibits all the Pay Roll related information like Employee’s attendance & Leave management which includes leave requested by an employee, its tracking and status of balanced leaves. • Employees & Clients can view: • News updates, Specific announcements, Branch details, Occasions such as birthdays & anniversaries, Notifications & Photos relating to upcoming events, List of upcoming festivals, Holidays & Celebrations etc. • Salary Slips & Form 16 will be easily made available for viewing and downloading via this application. Information related to salary ledger, incentives, loans, tax projections & investment proof will be made available to employees via earth app. • Clients & Employees will be able to register for the trainings/meetings/seminars being held at Jainam and will also be able to check the availability status of training hall. • Employees & Clients will be able to update their DSR (Daily Sales Report) through this application and further they can track their appointments and visits. • Clients can track their complaints and requirements from this. • So, Earth is technically a simplified and a systematic way of modernized human management.
