Keep a photo of what you ate. ・After shooting, choose "Attach just the photo" to keep the photo itself on a meal without running AI — your numbers stay exactly as they are. Existing meals can get a photo too, from the photo area on the detail screen. ・A photo you attached can be analyzed later with "Estimate nutrition from this photo" — no need to shoot again, and it works on manually entered and text-based records as well. ・A new "Sources of your nutrition values" list shows where the numbers on screen come from — your input, the photo estimate, or the catalog — and lets you switch between them on the spot.
