The app is optimised for blind and visually impaired users and enables easy reading of tens of thousands of books, newspapers and magazines - all with the click of a button and at no cost! With the app, you can enjoy over 12,000 audio books in a variety of types and languages, recorded by professional voiceovers. You can also view digital textbooks in an accessible and enlarged way. The app was designed in a very simple and minimalistic way to allow visually impaired users extremely comfortable conditions for easy reading! To use the app, you must subscribe to the Central Library for the Blind and Reading Disabled. If you are eligible for library services (having visual or reading impairment such as learning or physical impairment that makes reading difficult), contact the library as soon as possible, sign up and enjoy a whole world of content that is especially available to you. 1. The app now marks every book you have read before, next to the book's genre, both in the Search tab and in the Favorites tab. 2. Note what counts as a book read in the past: books you read before this update are marked even if you only read them briefly, because the old history is kept on the server without the stopping point. From now on, only books you spend more than 20 minutes reading will be marked. 3. Next to the mark, the app also reads out the period in which you read the book, for example "Read on June 2025". When the server does not know the date, it reads "Read in the past", as before. 4. The book's genre is now shown in the Favorites tab as well, exactly as in the Search tab. 5. A two-hour option was added to the sleep timer. 6. The sleep timer can now be set to stop at the end of the current chapter. 7. Support for the system colors was added. To use the system colors as the app's theme, go to the Home tab, tap Settings, and under "Choose theme" select "System".
