Work out your lease instalment in seconds — and see exactly where it comes from. Enter the value of the asset, add the down payment and the final buyout if your contract has them, set the term and the rate: the instalment appears as you type, together with the total cost and the interest. • THE INSTALMENT, IN ADVANCE OR IN ARREARS Choose whether payments fall at the start or the end of each period. A bar shows how the total cost splits between down payment, instalments and buyout. • THE FULL SCHEDULE Every instalment with its due date, principal, interest and outstanding balance — the down payment first, the buyout last.
