Version 1.8.2 brings a proper real estate agent to the game, a real way to cash out a business, and room for a bigger family. Work with a real estate agent - You can now hire a buyer's agent from one of two brokerages, each with its own roster of specialists. Tell them what you are after, from a starter condo to a multifamily building, and they surface matches along with off-market listings you would never find on the public board. A strong agent negotiates you a better price and remembers you the next time you buy. Some play it straight. Others will quietly steer you toward a deal that serves them more than it serves you, so it pays to know who you are working with. Sell the company you built - After years of running a business, you can finally sell it. Take an outside buyer's offer when one lands on your desk, or put the company on the market yourself. A larger, more profitable operation commands a higher multiple, so the work you put in over the years actually pays out when you exit. Room for a bigger family - Two larger homes join the plans you can build, a six-bedroom manor and an eight-bedroom estate, so a big household fin. Fixes and polish - Your personal account no longer quietly slips into the red while your business sits on cash. When you come up short, ap before any overdraft interest, and you can switch that off if you would rather keep the two accounts separate.
