Leodesk is the support workspace for teams that outgrew the help desk. This app puts your queue in your pocket — so a customer waiting on an answer is not waiting on you being at a desk. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Work the inbox — see every open ticket, sort and filter it the way you do on the web, and open a conversation with one tap. • Reply, note or forward — send a customer reply, leave an internal note your customer never sees, or forward a thread to someone outside the team. • Answer live chat — real-time conversations with visitors on your site, including photo attachments and voice messages. • Change status and assignee — move a ticket forward or hand it to the right person without opening a laptop. • Look up a contact — see who you are talking to and their history before you reply. • Check the numbers — ticket volume over the last seven days, opened versus resolved, how many are awaiting a first reply, channel mix and team workload. • Get notified — push notifications when a ticket is assigned to you or a customer replies, with per-agent controls so you decide what is worth interrupting you. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WORK A QUEUE Assigned-only agents see only their own tickets — enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface. Roles and permissions carry over from your workspace exactly as configured, so the app cannot show someone something the web app would not. Dark mode follows your system setting. iPad is supported.
