Leptin is a metabolic-health lifestyle app that brings fasting, eating, movement, and coaching into one daily rhythm. It is organized around five pillars: Fast, Eat, Move, Coach, and Insights. FAST - a timer built around metabolic phases rather than a plain countdown, with a Live Activity so your progress stays on the lock screen. EAT - break-fast and meal guidance, meal logging with photos, and a nutrition database, so progress isn't undone in the first bite. MOVE - guided workouts with an audible coach that calls out each phase and keeps going while your phone is locked, interval walking sessions, freestyle logging, and movement suggestions tuned to how long you have been fasting. COACH - an AI coach that adapts to your fasting state, goals, and history. INSIGHTS - streaks, history, and progress over time, plus Apple Health sync so your workouts and activity stay in step with the rest of your health data. Leptin works offline: sessions and logs are captured on the device and sync when you are back online. Leptin is a wellness and lifestyle app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it does not provide medical advice. The in-app AI coach is an assistant, not a clinician, and its guidance should never be relied on for medical decisions.
