Spot suspicious tenants. You are the landlord of an apartment. In this apartment, not only good people but also criminals and even monsters are mixed in. Investigate each applicant’s background and decide whether to let them move in. Fill your building with good tenants and create the best apartment possible. ■ How to Play Check each applicant’s criteria and determine whether they are good or bad. More “Yes” → Higher chance they are a good person More “No” → Possible criminal or monster If you accidentally let in a dangerous tenant, trouble may occur in your apartment. ■ Apartment Reviews Let good tenants move in to increase your apartment’s rating. The higher the rating, the more rent income you earn. ■ Monster Attacks Occasionally, monsters may invade your apartment. When that happens, fight them off with a gun.
