Dic yr Hendre was one of Wales’ foremost and most celebrated poets. He drew inspiration from the land where he farmed – Yr Hendre – a place which was his bread and butter but also provided the jam of his poetry.   This self-guided GPS-triggered app brings his creative story to life, following a woodland trail on the farm land that Dic knew intimately. It includes readings of his poems by his son Brychan, plus recordings by Dic himself.   A man of his square mile and a son of the soil, most of Dic’s notable works were inspired by his farming life and the cycle of the seasons.   Enjoy the content in both English and Welsh.   This app makes use of GPS to show you places of interest close to your current location.
