About this app
Malaya is a nutrition and wellness app that tracks food, water, fasting, workouts, weight, and mood in one place. Log meals by searching a food database, scanning a barcode, or taking a photo and letting AI estimate the calories, protein, carbs, and fat. Save meals you eat often so you can log them again in one tap. Malaya also tracks water intake, fasting windows, steps and workouts, body weight, and measurements over time. Check in on your mood each day, write in a private journal, or use guided breathing and short meditations when you need a break. An AI companion is built in if you want to talk through your day or ask about a meal. Weekly and monthly views show how your calories, weight, activity, and mood are trending, so you can see real patterns instead of one noisy day at a time. The whole app works in English and Korean, including the food database — Korean dishes like kimchi jjigae, bibimbap, and doenjang jjigae are logged with real nutrition numbers, not rough estimates. Malaya doesn't use streaks, red warnings, or guilt to keep you logging. Your data is private to your account, and there are no ads.
