Each day, log doses as taken or skipped with a single tap, building a reliable adherence diary. A weekly summary shows your dose-taking rate at a glance. Colour-coded medication cards make it easy to identify each drug at a glance. SwiftData stores all data locally — no cloud, no third-party sharing.
