Google sign-in done right Sign in with your Google account via secure OAuth when you’re ready to sync Calendar data in the app. Sign out anytime from Settings or the menu bar. Reminders before you’re late Turn on notifications and optional reminders (1 hour, 12 hours, 1 day before)—so desktop alerts nudge you when an important Meet is approaching. AI Companion — remember the meeting, not every detail (feature set depends on signing in where required and granting permissions) After a call, revisit what mattered: -Capture microphone and system/meeting audio locally (with explicit permission) after you start recording in the AI Companion flow. -Generate transcripts from saved audio using on-device transcription where available, or other supported sources the app uses. -Turn transcripts into clear, structured meeting notes powered by AI so you can skim decisions, topics, and follow-ups. -Play back saved audio, manage a history of past meetings, and use spoken playback helpers for notes when you want to listen instead of read. Premium: widgets + always-on shortcuts Upgrade to unlock floating desktop widgets for quick actions and at-a-glance context, plus richer menu bar access to your top upcoming meetings when you’re signed in. Subscriptions Premium is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions with multiple plan durations. Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings. Privacy & transparency Microphone and speech recognition are used only for the features their system prompts describe (recording and transcription for your meeting history).
