About this app

Learn how to perform self-acupressure for treating fatigue in cancer survivors. This easy-to-learn technique is based on research conducted at the University of Michigan sponsored by the National Cancer Institute. This research showed that doing this acupressure routine once daily for six weeks had over two-thirds of women no longer having persistent fatigue. This self-acupressure technique was also helpful for improving the quality of sleep and improving quality of life.
