We'll let you know the status of your application within 24 hours via e-mail and if all your data is in order, your account will be activated. Once your account has been activated, you can book a car through the application. The map shows all the available cars in the LIMO zone. The blue dot marks your location. Tap on the chosen car to see its data: license plate, type, whether it's electric or gas-powered, its fuel or charge level, parking location and its distance from you. You can book the car from the same page. From this point on, you have 25 minutes to get to the car otherwise your reservation will be automatically cancelled. You can rebook a specific car only once. It's that simple.
