If your personal trainer uses TotalCoaching to deliver his programs, then this is the app you need to receive these programs right from your mobile device! You'll be able to take your programs right to the gym, or perform then form the confort of your home. After an assignment is completed, mark it as 'Done' and provide feedback to your personal trainer. Everything will be made available to him in real time, allowing him to build even better programs!
