About this app

Easy to use, the Deutsche Bank Belgium mobile app means you can manage your accounts and your investments safely on your smartphone or your tablet, wherever, whenever and however you want. Main features • Buy (after reading the information and documents required by law) and sell shares, funds*, trackers** and bonds via your smartphone or tablet. • Closely monitor your investment portfolio and pending orders in detail and in real time. The information in the MyBank app is in line with what you will find in Online Banking. The evolution of your individual investments is shown in detail with the performance since purchase and the performance since the beginning of the year, always at the last known price. • Stay informed thanks to our advice and market analysis. • Receive personalized messages and push notifications to let you know when important information about your accounts/cards arrives. • View the balance and transaction history of your accounts, as well as accounts for which you have a mandate. • Make (instant) payments between your accounts, to your registered beneficiaries or to any other bank account within the SEPA zone. • View the list of your credit cards and manage your card settings in real time. • Self-service: access the Self-Service area and carry out many procedures related to your cards, accounts, etc. by yourself. How does it work? When you log on for the first time, create your profile using your digipass and choose a 6-figure PIN. Then start enjoying the app features. For future log-ins, you only need your PIN of fingerprint (Touch ID) / facial recognition (Face ID) to log in safely. More information? An UCI may have sub-funds. Funds are subject to risks. They may go up or down and investors may not get back the amount of their investment. ** A tracker, also known as an ETF (Exchange Traded Fund), is a fund listed on a stock market, which allows it to be bought and sold throughout the trading session, like a listed security. The trackers aim to track the performance of a predefined stock market index as closely as possible.
