About this app

MyHorology is a watch collection tracker with an AI assistant and a community of collectors. Add a watch by photo, by URL, or by hand. AI scanning reads the dial and the caseback, so reference and serial text on the back can fill in brand, model, and specs. Pasting a product page URL pulls the same details. Log a wear in two taps. The wear calendar shows every logged day, and per-watch stats show total wears, months owned, and how your rotation has shifted. AI Suggest recommends what to wear using your location, the live weather, the time of day, and the occasion you describe. Watch of the Day: log a wear, post a wrist shot, and edit the caption after you post. A public profile lives at your handle. It stays off until you turn it on. Pin one watch and it leads the page. Every account has a handle in the form @yourname, and you can change it. A retired handle is held for 90 days before it can be claimed again. Handles are the only identity the app shows. Direct messages carry photos, hearts on individual messages, and group rooms of up to 100 people. From a listing, a buyer can message the seller without leaving the page. The community forum has boards, threads, and replies. Replies support tags, and you can heart a thread or a reply. Week recap video: the app builds a video of your week, saves it to your camera roll, and opens the system share sheet. Market value appears on a watch's own page, labeled so you can tell whether MyHorology produced the number or you entered it. Your collection value and what you paid stay private to you. 45 currencies are supported. Amounts and totals convert, including an asking price read out of a listing. Mark any watch private and it stays out of your public collection, out of Watch of the Day, and out of recap videos. Mark a watch Lent Out and it is tracked separately from your other statuses. A wishlist holds the watches you are chasing, with photos and priority, and you can share the list. Pinch to zoom any photo, and tap a face to see it up close. Search and filter the whole collection by name, brand, or reference. New accounts get a short setup flow that suggests a few collectors to follow. Push notifications cover replies, direct messages, and hearts. Free to use. Export or delete your data at any time. Questions: support@myhorology.com

What’s New

Version 1.2 Sep 2, 2026

Version 1.2 adds a public profile, direct messages, a full forum, a marketplace with dealer offers, and a weekly recap video. Your profile lives at your handle and stays off until you turn it on. Pin one watch and it leads the page, and you can add up to three links. Every account now has a handle in the form @yourname, and you can change it. A handle you retire is held for 90 days before anyone else can claim it. Direct messages carry photos inside a conversation, hearts on individual messages, and group rooms of up to 100 people. From a listing, you can message the seller without leaving the page. The forum has boards, threads, and replies. Replies support tags, and you can heart a thread or a reply. Market is one place for every watch members have for sale. Dealer Offers is a new tab in Market. A small number of watches from dealers we know and have vetted, priced at or near dealer to dealer wholesale. Pendmark is the launch partner. Every dealer offer carries a comparable: the lowest genuine live listing on eBay or Chrono24, matched on condition, year and completeness, as a link you can follow and check yourself. The dealer guarantees authenticity with no time limit, warrants the watch for two years against mechanical faults, and gives you 72 hours from delivery to inspect it. The dealer is the seller and invoices you directly. Full terms are in the app and at myhorology.com/dealer-terms. Week recap video: the app builds the video, saves it to your camera roll, and opens the system share sheet. Watch of the Day: log a wear, post a wrist shot, and edit the caption after you post. Market value now appears on a watch's own page, labeled so you can tell whether MyHorology produced the number or you entered it. Your collection value and what you paid stay private to you. AI scanning reads the caseback as well as the dial, so reference and serial text on the back can fill in the details. Watch dimensions now include lug width, so you know which strap fits. For sale listings now carry the watch's specifications, kept in step with the watch itself rather than copied when it was listed. 45 currencies are supported. Individual amounts and totals convert, including an asking price read out of a listing. Private watches stay out of your public collection, out of Watch of the Day, and out of recap videos. A watch can be marked Lent Out, tracked separately from your other statuses. Dark mode, set to light, dark, or whatever your phone is doing. A clock page with a sweeping second hand, the full date, and a moon phase drawn for your hemisphere. It warns you through the hours when setting the date can damage the movement. Links to myhorology.com now open in the app instead of the browser, and land on the page you tapped. Pinch to zoom any photo, and tap a face to see it up close. New accounts get a short setup flow that suggests a few collectors to follow. Push notifications cover replies, direct messages, and hearts.
