If the phone restarts or the battery runs out during a session, NapKit shows your sleep history and the running timer as soon as you open it, with no need to close the app and open it again • Statistics: changing the period always works now. If the selected range is empty, you can still reach 30 Days or All Time instead of a dead end • Today: a session you stop from the Lock Screen, Apple Watch or History clears right away, so no timer keeps counting on its own • Apple Watch: stopping sleep from your wrist works even when the app is still on the welcome screen • Live Activities end cleanly once nothing is being tracked • Family sync: shared sleep history now loads for everyone in the family • A lighter, faster app under the hood Sleep well.
