The JR Pass calculator was giving the pass too much credit. It let you count more city travel days than the pass actually covers, which nudged the answer toward buying one. It now stops at the length of the pass you picked. Sharing your result works properly again. The download is also about 20 MB smaller, tap targets are bigger, and font licences are listed in Settings.
