OK JSON is a fast, native JSON viewer for the Mac. Copy some JSON and press ⌘ V — or drop in a file — and it’s on screen as a clean, browsable tree. No browser tab, no upload, no waiting. VIEW ANYTHING • Paste from the clipboard, drag and drop, open files, or fetch JSON straight from a URL — even from a copied curl command. • Browse documents in the Navigator, trace your location in the Path Bar, and zoom into any node to focus on just that part. • Preview values with a tap of the Space bar: images, colors, timestamps, links, multiline text, and JSON hiding inside strings. • JSON Lines and NDJSON open like regular documents, and OK JSON offers to repair broken JSON instead of just rejecting it. FIND & QUERY • Press ⌘ F to search the whole document. • Process data with jq, built right in. • Query with JSONPath, built right in. • Compare two documents and get the difference as a JSON Patch. EDIT • Edit values in place, format the document, undo freely, and save changes back to the original file. AUTOMATE • Write scripts in JavaScript to transform JSON your way, with built-in APIs for text, files, alerts, jq, and more. • Control OK JSON from AppleScript, the Raycast extension, or URL schemes. • Preview JSON files right in Finder with the bundled Quick Look extension.
