You do not connect an existing Gmail or Outlook account — Omucloud provides the mailbox. Claim a free @omucloud.co address at signup, then bring a domain you already own. MAIL • Read received mail in your inbox, and switch to a Sent view. • Search your mail from the inbox. • Write rich text email with file attachments and inline images. • Reply, reply all, forward, and save drafts. • Address suggestions appear as you type, drawn from people you have recently written to. • Set a signature once in Settings and it goes out on every message. • Received mail renders real HTML, including images. • Open an attachment and send it straight to the iOS share sheet. YOUR OWN DOMAIN • Add your domain in Settings. • Omucloud generates the DKIM, SPF and MX records to publish at your registrar. • Watch live per-record status while DNS propagates, usually in minutes. • Start on a free @omucloud.co address and add your domain later without losing anything. • Own the domain and you can create more mailboxes on it. CALENDAR • Create, edit and view events, with attendees and timezones. • Invitations go out as real iTIP/ICS scheduling messages, so people on Gmail, Outlook or Apple Calendar get a proper invite. • Save your usual meeting-room details once — link, dial-in, passcode — and paste the whole block into an event with one tap. • Links in event details and locations are tappable. BUILT FOR IPHONE • Push notifications for new mail, and event reminders 15 minutes ahead. • Switch each kind on or off in Settings. • Pull to refresh, swipe back from the edge, haptics, and the native share sheet. • Stay signed in between launches. YOUR ACCOUNT • Change your password in the app. • Delete your account from Settings. It asks for your password, and it is irreversible: the account, your mail, your files and your registered domain all go. FAQ Can I really get email on my own domain for free? Yes. One custom domain per account, with real two-way send and receive — not forwarding. Do I need to run a mail server? No. Omucloud handles sending, receiving, DKIM/SPF authentication and storage. You only publish DNS records at whoever you bought the domain from. Can I use this with my existing Gmail or Outlook account? No. Omucloud is the mailbox itself, not an IMAP or POP client for other services. What if I do not have a domain yet? Claim a free @omucloud.co address and add a domain later from Settings. Does Omucloud read my iPhone contacts? No. It asks for no Contacts permission and never touches your address book. Recipient suggestions come from your own recent mail. Does Omucloud create Zoom or Google Meet meetings? No. It stores the joining details you type and pastes them into an event. There is no video provider integration. Omucloud is free. No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no ads, no paid tier, and no tracking or analytics.
