Snap a photo of your plate and you're done: OnKalo identifies the food, estimates portions, and shows calories and macros — with you checking everything before it's saved. Every number shows its source. When a food matches a nutrition table (TACO, USDA), the value comes from there. When it's an AI estimate, it says so. No invented precision.
