Onro Scanner

About this app

Onro Scanner App is a barcode scanning solution built for courier companies, logistics providers, warehouse teams, and delivery operations. It enables fast parcel scanning, shipment verification, and bulk status updates across hub, warehouse, and route workflows. Onro Scanner App helps operational teams process large volumes of deliveries by allowing them to filter orders and scan parcels one by one. Each scan automatically applies the selected action and updates the order instantly that makes warehouse and delivery operations faster and more reliable. MAIN USE CASES Inbound Scanning Scan incoming parcels at warehouses or hubs and update them to the correct status upon arrival. Outbound Scanning Verify parcels before dispatch and ensure they are ready for delivery or route assignment. Order Verification Scan shipments to quickly access order details and confirm information during operations. Status Updates via Scan Select an operational action first, then scan orders to apply bulk status updates with speed and accuracy. Route-Based Operations Filter and scan orders by route for assignment, verification, or warehouse processing. Warehouse Processing Manage warehouse-related workflows by scanning orders into appropriate statuses instead of manual updates. FILTER BEFORE SCANNING Before starting a scan session, users can filter orders to narrow down the operational scope. Available filters include: - Order status - Route - Creation date - Zone - Attempt reason - Attempt count SELECT ACTIONS BEFORE SCAN Users choose the scan action before starting a session. Supported actions include: - Update Status - Information View If an action requires additional input (such as route selection or cancellation reason), the app follows the same logic used in Onro’s dispatcher workflows. CONTROLLED BULK SCANNING During scanning, each successfully processed order is marked in the list, providing clear visibility of completed work. If a scanned parcel does not match the filtered list, the system displays a “not found” message, helping prevent operational errors. EXAMPLE OPERATIONS - Assign orders to routes through scanning - Validate shipments for specific routes - Process return-eligible orders - Move undelivered shipments to warehouse status - Handle inbound returns and reprocessing - Update status based on operational conditions or attempt reasons BENEFITS - Faster warehouse and hub operations - Accurate barcode-based processing - Reduced manual data entry - Improved bulk scanning efficiency - Better operational visibility and control Onro Scanner App is designed for courier and logistics businesses that require reliable scanning workflows for warehouse management, route operations, and delivery execution.
