About this app

PainTrakr is a simple way to track and help take control of your pain. Track any type of pain from headaches to back pain to arthritis pain. Pain data is displayed in an easy to understand graph that helps you visualize how your pain levels are improving or worsening over time. Enter your pain level from zero to ten, zero being no pain and ten being the worst pain you can imagine. Add optional diary notes to keep track of what you did to try and reduce your pain and if it was successful or not. Help identify pain triggers and the most effective treatment options you have used. Set up reminders to help you track your pain throughout the day. Export your pain data to share with your health care provider.
