About this app
Prediction of height, limb length and limb length discrepancy are all done using the Paley Multiplier method. Instead of using the Multiplier tables, a calculator and formulae this app allows you to enter patient age, sex and length parameters in order to calculate the prediction. Using this app you can predict limb length and limb length discrepancy at maturity for congenital and developmental discrepancies of the lower or upper limbs. It allows calculation of the age of epiphysiodesis for a desired correction and growth remaining. Standing and sitting height at maturity in normals and in achondroplasia can also be predicted. Foot length and fetal bone and limb length discrepancy can also be predicted. The multiplier growth charts and deformity parameters are also included for reference. The multiplier method is as or more accurate than other growth prediction methods and validation studies are published and referenced in the bibliography. - Dr. Dror Paley, M.D.

What’s New
Added: Congenital LLD and Growth Remaining sections now have a list of the predicted discrepancy/growth remaining at each age. Timing of epiphysiodesis can be done in both skeletal age and chronological age. The ability to email the results for review and comparison in the future. Fixed: Achondroplasia shows the correct graph for girls
