About this app
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Fleet Management Division tracks all M-805 Forms: Record of Equipment Operation for all permanent assigned and pool vehicles. Each operator must keep a monthly log of all mileage used on a vehicle and whether the mileage was used to travel to/from home or for field use. The M805 app allows easy access for users to log this data; completed on either an iPad or iPhone. The submissions will route to a Fleet Management Division Administrator for review and approval. Compatibility: iPhone/iPad must be on iOS 16 or above.
