PERQ CRM is a lead management and "up system" for furniture stores that replaces paper or out-dated computer based systems with a flexible cloud based system that can be used on most any modern web browser. With PERQ CRM, your salespeople can maximize the value of every lead that walks through the door. The companion iOS app gives salespeople an instant view of the up-list and push notifications so they know when to be at the front of the store to take customers. The CRM features enable your salespeople to capture contact information from customers for follow-up calls, emails, and mailings. The task system lets salespeople schedule follow-ups for contacts and work/manage them from a single screen.

New sketcher tool allow salespeople to sketch room furniture layouts. Custom contact fields are shows on the sketcher Customer Info panel. Message threads page now remembers the last filter instead of defaulting to 'Mine'. Web URLs in inbound messages are now clickable and will launch a browser to that URL. Stripe payments integration now displays a confirmation page. New contact form honors new server side settings for hiding unused contact fields. Bug Fix: Weird behavior when using the pencil tool with fills and then using undo / redo.
