About this app
You know your skin flared. What you do not know is why. Petal is a daily skin diary for people living with eczema, atopic dermatitis, or sensitive skin. Rate your skin each day, log symptoms and triggers, track your routines, and let Petal surface the patterns you might not notice on your own. Not a medical tool. A personal observation tool that helps you understand your skin over time. -What you can do with Petal- 10-point daily score: Rate your skin from 1 to 10. A color-coded bar chart shows your progress at a glance. Detailed symptom and body area logging: Select from symptoms including itching, dryness, redness, swelling, and more. Choose affected areas by category - face, upper body, arms and hands, lower body and feet - with left and right options for each. Environmental triggers: Log weather, body feel (hot and sweating, muggy, indoor dry air, pollen), stress level, sleep hours, and anything you suspect triggered a reaction. Photo diary: Attach up to 5 photos per entry (10 with Premium) to visually track skin changes over time. Routine tracking: Log your skincare and supplement routines daily using quantity steppers. See how consistent routines correlate with your skin score. Trend analysis: View a score line chart with on-device auto insights. Example: "Days with pollen logged score 2.2 pts lower on average." Edit past entries: Update any previous record from the diary tab at any time. Custom options: Add, hide, or rearrange symptom, body area, weather, and trigger options to match your personal situation. Managed from the Routine tab. Who this is for People managing eczema or atopic dermatitis over the long term. Those with sensitive skin who want to understand flare patterns. Anyone who wants to bring concrete records to a dermatologist appointment. People testing a new skincare routine and wanting objective data on results.
