Open the app and you see where you stand: your points balance, what you have installed this month, and the VIP Dealer Club slab you are on - with how many more installations take you to the next one. WALLET See your available points at a glance and recharge a customer's subscription straight from the app. Every recharge is confirmed on screen before it is sent. RENEWALS The renewal register lists the subscriptions coming due in the next 30 days and the ones that have lapsed, each with the customer, the vehicle and the exact expiry date - the same date the vehicle is actually blocked on. Tap any mobile number to call the customer. WALLET LEDGER Every entry your wallet has ever carried: loyalty points, cash back, fitting charges and redemptions. Points in are green, points out are red, and you can read any month on its own. Tap an entry to see the customer, the vehicle, the device and the balance the entry left behind. INSTALLATIONS The registry of trackers you have fitted, newest first, with the customer, the model and the vehicle. VIP DEALER CLUB Your slab, your installations this month, and the distance to the next slab - so there is never a guess about where you stand. Phoenix Secure Dealer is for authorised Phoenix Secure dealers. You will need your dealer ID and password to sign in.
