About this app
PointsCard is the company app for your staff. Customers don't download anything. They save a loyalty pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and show the QR at the counter. Scan a pass to award a visit, give points, look up a balance, or redeem a reward. Gift cards and prepaid packages live on the same pass, so one QR covers points, credit, and punches. Staff unlock with an access code on a shared phone. Pin the device to a location. Actions are attributed to the person who confirmed them, so you can see who did what.
