If you're managing a private membership-based swimming pool or other small facility, PoolPass provides a solution for keeping track of your members, checking them in at the front desk, and monitoring facility usage. Whether you're managing a swimming pool in a neighborhood or apartment building, PoolPass can automate the traditional paper passes and log books. PoolPass can work on its own, as a standalone application at the front desk PC, with no internet required. Support for webcams for member images and barcode scanners for fast check-in is provided. PoolPass can also manage guest passes and suspend memberships not in good standing. For a multi-user setup, PoolPass can work through the internet to allow simultaneous front desk check-in and member updates at the management office. Additional features include: Import/Export member data from/to a spreadsheet, capture, store, and edit member images, administrative control over member management, member name search, and collection of member and guest usage by the hour or day. The Mac App Store version supports up to 50 members free.
