ProfitGuard is the profit calculator built for handmade and Etsy sellers. Stop guessing whether an order actually made money — see your real net profit on every single sale. For each order, ProfitGuard subtracts everything that eats into your margin: • Materials and supply costs (per SKU) • Your labor, tracked by a built-in timer tied to each SKU • Platform and payment fees (Etsy, transaction, processing) What's left is your true net profit — shown instantly, even in airplane mode. If an order is losing money, ProfitGuard flags it in red so you catch it before it hurts. AI & YOUR DATA (Guideline 5.1.1(i) disclosure) The optional "Suggested Price" feature sends the relevant pricing context to a third-party AI provider, OpenAI (GPT models), routed through our own server-side AI gateway, only after you explicitly opt in. Your data is forwarded solely to complete that request in real time — it is not stored or used for training, and you can revoke consent anytime in Settings. The suggested price and break-even numbers are always computed on your device and never depend on AI.
