Proqerty is the mobile app for the Proqerty property-management platform. Run your portfolio from anywhere, and give your tenants a place of their own. FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS • Home — this month's rent status, outstanding balance, occupancy and billing periods ending soon at a glance. • Tenants — contact details, balance, notes and the full e-mail history per tenant. • Invoices — filter by status, read the invoice lines, download or share the PDF. • Tickets — pick up maintenance requests, update their status and reply with a photo. • Inspections — record complete inspection reports on site: condition per element, meter readings and photos. Works offline; everything syncs by itself once you are back online. The final report is locked into a PDF and can be sent to the tenant. • Tasks — your own to-do list alongside your portfolio. • Widgets — rent status and open invoices on your iPhone home screen. FOR TENANTS • Your home and your documents in one place. • View and download your invoices. • Report a problem with a photo and follow how it is handled. Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
