Skincare is the one thing you buy for months without ever finding out whether it worked. Radiant fixes that. Radiant turns your camera into a measuring instrument. Take a short guided scan, and it grades sixteen aspects of how your skin looks across eleven areas of your face. Take another one next week, and it shows you the line moving. MEASUREMENT YOU CAN TRUST Two selfies taken six weeks apart in different rooms are not comparable by default. Radiant is built around solving that: • The shutter will not fire until your distance, head position, light level, evenness, focus and framing are all inside tolerance. Bad photographs are refused, not recorded. • The screen flashes a known white so the app can work out the colour of the light in your room and remove it. • Every score carries a confidence interval based on the conditions the scan was taken under. • Scans that are not comparable are labelled and left out of your trends instead of quietly distorting them. WHAT IT MEASURES Blemishes, post-acne marks, pigmentation, tone evenness, redness, visible vessels, pores, texture, fine lines, wrinkles, expression lines, oil and shine, dryness, the under-eye area, a firmness indicator and a barrier indicator. Each one is scored per zone, so you can see that it is your left cheek and not "your skin". ADVICE THAT CITES ITS SOURCES Radiant builds a morning and evening routine from what it actually measured. Every recommendation shows its evidence tier and links to a real published source that ships inside the app and works offline. It checks your routine for conflicts, schedules irritating actives gradually instead of all at once, and tells you when two of your products are doing the same job. It has no affiliate links and takes no commission, which is why it can tell you the cheaper product has the same actives. BUILT FOR THE WAY SKIN ACTUALLY WORKS Cycle-aware mode corrects your scores for cycle phase, so a premenstrual flare does not read as your routine failing. Pregnancy and breastfeeding mode removes retinoids, hydroquinone, high-dose salicylic acid and flagged essential oils from every recommendation. That filter is free and always will be. Radiant never computes or stores anything that could identify you from your face, and it cannot: there is no network entitlement behind any of it. WHAT RADIANT IS NOT Radiant is a general wellness app. It measures the appearance of skin in an image. It does not diagnose anything.
