Pick your favourite colours and the way you wear your hat. The app is divided in three levels with a little mission to try before going to the next level. Level 1: Sun. Watch and click the figure - an interactive experience where you learn to focus your mind in your body. Level 2: Cloud. Use your mind to make the same journey around your body as before, only this time you close your eyes and make the body scan by memory. Level 3: Rainbow. Visualise the colours and energy going from the rainbow through your heart-center and out to a person you love. Meditation gives focus and new energy. Rainbow Country introduces consciousness and bodyawareness. Meditation is for everyone and with this app you can get a simple and fun introduction to an exciting world of meditation and mindfulness. Includes introduction text and meditation text to be read for children.
