Realmfall is a god's-eye strategy game about the rise and ruin of small medieval realms in a living, procedurally generated world. Every map is new: oceans, forests, rainforests, deserts and snow-capped peaks, settled by rival realms that must farm, find water, and expand just to survive. Take command of a realm and guide it through a world that doesn't wait for you. Found towns, raise farms, lumber camps and quarries, and push your borders into the wilderness — but every neighbor is doing the same, and land is scarce. DIPLOMACY THAT REMEMBERS Realms have personalities. Some are amiable and slow to anger; others are ambitious and quick to draw the sword. Opinion shifts with every bordering town, broken promise and shared enemy. Make peace, forge alliances, hold grudges, gang up on a common threat — or hand over a whole town as a desperate offering to end a war. Win by conquest, or walk the harder road to a lasting peace. A WORLD THAT STRUGGLES Colonies starve, fracture and collapse. Plague breaks out and spreads between towns — and a cunning ruler can weaponize it. War is deadly: muster armies, lay siege, fight at sea, and watch fractured territory crumble. Survival is never guaranteed.
