Ditch the Tupperware, and only prepare as much as you truly need. – Make enough for the whole gang: Don’t get stuck in the liquor aisle trying to figure out how many G&Ts can be made with one bottle of gin. How to use Recipe Scaler: – In the left-hand column, enter the quantities called for in the original recipe. – In the right-hand column, indicate how much you have of any ingredient. – Recipe Scaler proportionally recalculates all the rest.
