Rental Tracker is a simple, private ledger for landlords who rent out a few apartments, houses or offices. Track each property, its lease and tenant, monthly charges and incoming payments — and always know who has paid and who owes. Charges can now post themselves. • New “Charge automatically” toggle per property (Pro): a charge appears on its own as soon as the next month becomes due. • When you turn it on, the app lists the months you missed with their amounts and creates them all in one confirmation — catching up half a year is a single tap. • New message template: a meter readings request. The button sits on the property dashboard and works regardless of the balance. • The payment day is now visible in the property list, the tenant list and the dashboard header — no need to open each lease. • Notifications now appear as a banner even while the app is open. • Fixes: a property row could still show the debt of a tenant who had moved out; the due-date badge was hard to read in light mode.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
