Repsmith is a workout tracker with everything included and nothing asked of you. No account, no subscription, no data collection. Install it and start lifting. THE PROMISE Repsmith is free forever. Not freemium, not a trial. There is no pro tier and there are no locked features, because you already have all of them. It's built by one computer nerd who lifts, not by a company. There is no business model because there is no business. TRACK YOUR TRAINING - Build unlimited routines for any split: push/pull/legs, upper/lower, full body, whatever you run - See total weekly sets per routine before you commit to it - Two logging styles: smart pre-fill shows last session's numbers as placeholders, or use tap-to-adjust steppers if you'd rather nudge - Warmup, drop set, and failure set types - Auto rest timer that starts when you log a set. Or turn it off if you rest by feel - lb or kg, light or dark, five accent colors WATCH YOURSELF GROW - Weekly volume targets per muscle, so you know when your chest is done and your calves are slacking - Sets, sessions, and volume tracked week over week - Streaks, muscle balance, and charts that tell you if you're actually growing YOUR DATA IS A FILE, NOT A HOSTAGE - Everything lives on your phone.
